I skipped a week of updates since I was very static and still and my body was still recovering from coming off the diet for a few days during vacation amazing what just a few bad meals can do to your weight and bloat you. Took nearly two weeks to bring my body back to normal.
I am 170 today 160-170 is where I am going to maintain from now on. 160's seems to be the optimal weight range for me with my current lean body mass.
I have added weight lifting into my schedule along with swimming and biking. These extra workouts will help round out my fitness and increase muscle mass. I want to gain around 10-20 pounds of muscle now that I have reached my goal fat levels.
The "Goal Box" is not looking very good for this month. Hopefully I can bring it back out of the red before months end.
Here are the normal stats for week 28. The yellow bars within the PDF indicate days that I deviate from my diet, "splurge" days we can call them ;)
