Rough week. I got sick Monday night with an extreme intestinal virus. I basically laid in bed from Tuesday until Friday. So I missed my first cardio days in 190 days of training. The break was nice even though I was sick and in pain. No food or stats were logged between Tuesday and Friday, since I was only eating Banana's, Apple sauce and Oatmeal by doctors orders.
Even with the sick week I lost 1 pound brining my weight to 169.8 and my total weight loss to 67 pounds. The "Goal Box" is funky this week still so I am not going to post it until next week when my weight loss normalizes.
