Big week! I lost 4.4 pounds this week bringing my total weight loss to 60.2 pounds. I'm now 176.6 pounds. After last weeks static weight loss it looks like my body normalized and made up for it.
I am bringing the "goal box" back this week since my stats have finally normalized after a slow start month. The "goal box is now showing positive averages that actually make sense. It's is reporting I will reach my next goal of 175 in a few days. I will likely be setting my next goal to 170 sometime this week when I reach 175. I am really lean right now I am amazed everyday I wake up and look in the mirror.
Joe's Goals updated there reports system with a cool new feature that shows you a summary report for all your goals. I reached 410 workouts Saturday :) Wow...
