This week was a little slower weight loss than normal. I lost 1.8 pounds this week. I unusually fluctuated up and down. I'm hoping this week was an anomaly but I have made an appointment to have my BMR re-tested along with some other blood tests to check my nutrient levels. My bodies needs may have changed with 50 pounds of weight loss. I want to make sure I am eating and exercising for optimal health and weight loss. Total weight loss is now at 47.6 pounds and I weighed in Saturday morning at 189.2.
I have made some additions to the "Goal Box" because my weight fluctuated so much early in the month when the averages were still being calculated it skewed my daily loss average. I have modified the date of goal to a range that shows the current months average and overall average as the range.
