After 13+ weeks of sacrifice and hard work I am finally here. 191 pounds today, I lost 2.2 pounds this week bringing my total weight loss to 45.8 pounds.
This weeks photo shoot was great another dramatic before and after. Now that I have reached my first milestone goal of 190 pounds its time to re-evaluate and set new goals. After seeing how I look at 190 pounds I want to get leaner. I'm going to set the goals in 5 pound increments until I reach the desired leanness I want. So my new goal is now 185 pounds and my excel documents and graphs have been updated to reflect this new goal of 185 pounds.
Current projections in my weight loss log are showing it will take around 12 days to reach 185 pounds based on historical weight loss averages.
