- Polar heart rate monitor
- Video IPod
- Treadmill at my gym with a flat screen mounted on it
- My 1 gallon water jug
- My Excel logs of course.
- Daily vitamins (E, B complex, Fish Oil, Magnesium, Milk Thistle, Multi-Vitamin, BCAA's)
- Protien Powder (ISO Pure the best whey available)
