Week 12 I have lost another 3.8 pounds this week. Total weight loss is now at 43.6 pounds and I only have 3.2 pounds left to lose to reach my goal of 190 pounds. According to the my "goal box" at the top of the excel document I will reach my goal in 5 days Saturday, February 03 2007. Thats a change of one day from last weeks "goal box" stats. My next before and after photo shoot will be this next Thursday, I'm very excited to see the change. My next progress report post should be my goal attained blog!
