Week 5 is here and everything is moving along smoothly. Im down 217! That brings my total loss to 19.8 pounds. Only 27 more pounds till I reach my goal of 190 :) I lost 2.6 pounds this week. It seems things are normalizing a bit, from the 4+ pounds per week I was losing. However, I am still happy i'm dropping more than 2 pounds per week. Fight training, diet and cardio are all going excellent. Energy levels are high and overall I feel great.
This week I have added even more stats to the excel document. You can see these additional stats at the top of the document. I have broken down the stats into monthly views so I can compare my average stats month to month.
