Second photo shoot before and after pictures.

Here we are December 1st! New pictures have been taken and I have created a before and after style picture to go along with it. I have lost 16 pounds in 28 days! Its amazing the change that has occurred in just 28 days. I'm excited to see what the coming months will bring. Click on the picture below for the enlarged version.
