Well here we are 7 days before my 28th birthday and I have been trying to achieve the same goal for the last 16 years. Feels like a long time now that I have done the calculation. Wait it is a long time. So while acheiving nearly every other goal I have set out to achieve both finaincially and personally I have still yet to achieve this one goal. I have come very close many times but seemed to have faultered with each attempt. What is this goal? Well the same goal that 300 million other people are struggling with. Fat loss.
- Current weight: 238
- Target weight: 190 (I need to lose 48 pounds)
- Age: 28
- Height 5'10.5"
- I will be posting progess pictures 1st day of each month.
- All progress will be logged in excel daily
- Diet will consist of calorie restriction and aerobic exercise to induce fat loss.
- Target loss rate will be 1.5 pounds per week minimum. (more is always welcome) ;)

Wow, I appreciate the time you took to log this information and the effort it took to reach your goals. It's funny because I was searching for an example of someone at 220 pounds and what it would look like as a person lost weight so this blog is perfect. I do have one quick question, how tall are you? It is hard to tell how we compare since you don't list your height. Thanks and Congrats.

I just stumbled upon this blog (looks Great) and im going to read from day one now!!! Before i do i have a couple of quick questions.
Do you happen to have the Excel spreadsheets available?
Did you lift weights or just do cardio?

How diligent and detail oriented you are! Wow, I am just so impressed how you set a goal and did not stray. Amazing. Thank you for making this transformation public; it is very inspirational. You give us hope with your proof of it working. I would like to lose 30 lbs. I'm going to check out all your meal logs for ideas and try to do cardio twice a day. You look great. Congrats to you!
